My Regime for my curls.

So everyone has different regimes but this is what works for me.
The products...

Step 1: Starts in the night. I separate my hair and grease my scalp, with either shea butter or olive oil. I alternate between different days although I prefer Olive oil. Tip: dont over use these products they contain petrolatum that can clog your hair and make it feel heavy and maybe more greasey then you would like it to be. Its fine on my hair as my hair gets very dry although sometimes it is too much on my hair so I use Carrot oil, which is more light. I also apply the grease to the ends of my hair in sections. This is important to keep your ends moisturized as well as the scalp.

Step 2: put hair into bun and wrap hair up for when you sleep. You dont have to but I've found this keeps in the moisture and my hair is more bouncey the next day.

Step 3: In the morning wet hair. Comb through hair with fingers and dont use a comb. Then put some deep conditioner in your hair make sure theres some on the roots and the ends and also through the hair. Although do not put too much on. For me I just leave it in as I dont have time to wait and hour and wash it out. (I dont condition or wet my hair every day, just every other day)

Step 4: I then let my hair dry its good to wait till its dried a lot. Before it dries I put some leave in conditioner in my hair. Sometimes I dont have time so usually its quite damp when I go onto the next stage.

Step 5: I put my hair in a high bun and slick it back with sof n'free stlying gel. Then I'm ready to go..

This may not work for everyone but it works for me and keeps my hair from drying out. I used to think my hair would never have curls in it and it was just frizzy. However if you find the right products and right regime black peoples hair is soft, duable easy to maintain and looks good.
